Barbados 24 Hours – 2026
Regulations
This is a BMF FIA event.
Official Practice will be on the morning of the race followed by qualifying before the race start.
Extra unofficial practice the day before the main event at an extra cost.
Teams and drivers: -
Teams should be 3 to 10 drivers.
Each team must provide details for each of their drivers that will be racing.
Drivers Must be 14 and above but may enter under that age if they hold an ARKS licence or above or any other proof that they will be able to drive safely. Parents for a child under 18 must sign a waver that they are happy for their child to enter the event and are fully aware of the environment and conditions that their child is about to enter.
Drivers must have their own race gear with ankle supporting boots. Any driver that requires race gear will need to advise Cole Clarke Racing and we can arrange for suite and helmet but must advise no later than the June 1st before the event. This may be charged.
Teams may have a maximum of 6 helpers in the garage.
All team members need to ensure they are getting enough water and have enough sun block for the event.
All team members and their roll must be advised prior to the event.
All team members must complete a safety briefing.
Awnings: -
Teams may have awnings at the back of the garage
Teams are responsible for their own awnings and flags that they wish to display. Cole Clarke Racing and Bushy Park will not be liable for any damage.
The ground is hard standing and will require sufficient weights to hold the awnings / flags down.
Any cables or lines need to be covered to avoid any trip hazards.
The use of gas stoves and gas equipment for cooking in the garage is strictly forbidden.
Tents: -
You may bring your own tents for the night of the 24 hour race only.
Please be aware that you are in Barbaos and it will be hot at night.
Pit Lane And Paddock: -
Each driver must weigh in each day to a minimum of 65kg with kit
There will be no ballast on the karts
Any weight adjustments will be through the drivers own weighted seat
There will be a minimum pit time (to be advised)
Speeding in the pit lane will receive a penalty. Quarter throttle in the pit lane.
Team members may stand on the pit wall.
There are no gaps on the pit wall for any pit boards to be used. We recommend radios for communication.
Any abuse towards marshals and officials will not be tolerated and could result in the exclusion from the race (there would be no refund or compensation if excluded).
Flip flops and sandals are forbidden in the pit area.
There should be no dogs or prams in the pit area.
All children should be fully supervised at all times. This is a racing environment. Cole Clarke Racing and Bushy Park hold no liability for children in the paddock area.
It is the responsibility for the team captain / manager to ensure that drivers are not left in karts for a period of time that may cause harm to the driver and or other competitors. Barbados is in the Caribbean and there is a risk of dehydration in the conditions. Any team found to have a driver on track (or taken to the medical centre within 10 mins of exiting the kart) with dehydration may be disqualified from the event. There would be no refunds or compensation for disqualification.
Other than restarting the engine, adding sponsors stickers and any lights you are not permitted to make any alterations to the kart.
Any Kart that runs out of fuel may be recovered back to the pits refuelled and permitted to continue.
It is up to the team to decide when they wish to refuel. If a team wishes to put less fuel in the kart a member of the must notify the fuel bay before the kart enters the fuel bay.

It is each team members responsibility to ensure that they know the flags and follow the flag instructions.
Teams may place any sponsorship stickers on the kart, but must retain any CCR, Bushy Park and title sponsors logos on the kart.
The kart number 1 is reserved for the previous years winner only (should they wish to use it).
You may only smoke in the designated area including vapes. Smoking in the garage and on track is strictly forbidden at any time during the event including set up and track walks.
Fuel Bay: -
Engines must be turned off when re-fuelling and can be restarted at the designated point.
The engine must be turned off when entering the fuel bay.
A member of the team pit crew may assist the driver and push the kart off the fuel bay
Drivers must stand in the allocated area while refuelling takes place.
The kart can only be restarted at the designated point.
You may only restart the engine in the designated area or outside your garage.
Impeding other teams in the engine restart area will result in a penalty.
Teams are not permitted to put fuel into the karts.
Drivers may not remove and replace the petrol cap
Drivers may have 1 team member assist with the restart process.
The assisting team member must wear gloves when assisting the driver.
When restarting the engine there must be a driver sat in the seat with their foot on the break. Failure to do so will result in a penalty.
You will be responsible for lubricating the chain at each fuel stop. *********
No driver changes in the fuel bay. ***********
And abuse to the fuel bay team may result in them refusing to refuel.
Driver Changeover: -
Driver changes may only take place at the team garage front.
Driver changes to be made on drivers left of the kart and not into the flow of traffic.
You may have as many team members as you wish to assist a driver when at the pit garage only.
Drivers are not permitted to accelerate until they have reached the end of the pit exit road.
Any teams found to be impeding another team in the pit lane (blocking, team members not allowing other teams to get to garage etc) will face a penalty.
It is the team managers responsibility to ensure that all drivers are dressed correctly and helmet is fastened correctly before leaving the pit lane. Failure to have a driver correctly dressed and helmet on securely will result in the team captain / manager being called to a meeting where appropriate action will be taken. CCR and Bushy Park will take no liability for drivers that are injured and found to be inadequately dressed for racing.
Tinted visors may not be used after and before the appointed times. Any driver with the incorrect visor will be called into the pit lane for a penalty and change of visor.
It is forbidden to throw any items in the pit lane.
The team manager must ensure that the outgoing driver has:
1. No scarf or hoodie on
2. Long hair is tucked away, securely tied and under a balaclava
3. Wearing 2 driver’s gloves
4. Shoes are tied
Speeding in the pit lane (quater throttle) will result in a penalty.
Should the kart move from your garage without a driver correctly dresed you will receive a penalty, the driver will be required to correct the problem, no driver change is permitted. Should this happen more than once then further action will be taken.
When rejoining the track you must ensure that you are not pulling into oncoming traffic and check the track for a safe exit of the pit lane.
Mechanical breakdowns and recoveries: -
Should your driver spin off they are free to rejoin the race at a safe time to do so. Do not rejoin into oncoming traffic.
Should you stall the kart you are to await a marshal to come and restart the engine for you while on track. You must remain in the kart unless instructed by a marshal. ********
If you are restarting the kart you must keep the kart between you and the oncoming traffic.
Should you come to a stop on the track you must stay in the kart until it is safe to get out and move the kart to a safe place, or await for a marshal to come and assist.
Should your kart not restart you must wait for a marshal, follow their instructions until a recovery comes and takes your kart and driver away (unless otherwise instructed by the marshal).
The driver must remain with the kart (unless instructed by the marshal).
The driver should not cross the track.
In the event of a fire, the driver must get behind the barrier and allow the marshals to safely deal with the fire.
Any damage caused to the kart due to driving standards, kerbing or malicious acts the team will be liable for the repairs to the kart (not excluding replacement of the kart).
The kart will be recovered to the maintenance bay where they will try and repair the issue. Should this not be possible inn a reasonable time a replacement kart may be issued.
Other than restarting the engine the team is not permitted to make any adjustments to the karts.
You are not permitted to enter the track to assist in the recovery of any kart regardless of the situation.
Maintenance Bay: -
No member of the team is permitted in the maintenance garage at any time.
Should the maintenance bay be working on another kart they will deal with karts in order of arrival to the garage.
Any abuse to the maintenance bay crew will result in a penalty to the team and the crew will move their attention to the next kart as priority and return to yours after.
While the kart is in maintenance a team member may take fluid to the driver waiting.
When leaving maintenance you may not restart your kart until you reach the designated point.
Drivers and 1 member of the team must stay in the designated area while work is carried out.
A member of the maintenance crew will speak to the driver for details of the issue.
Work will be carried out in order of arrival.
You are not permitted to refuel after a maintenance stop, unless the issue was that you ran out of fuel. You must complete 1 lap and come back into the pits.
Start Procedure: -
All karts will be lined up in grid order at the side of the track.
Only the driver and 1 team member may be present after the 15 minute warning. All team members must clear the track. This is to start the engine.
You are not permitted to make any alterations to the kart.
Prior to the 15 min warning you may take team photos.
Notice will be given for drivers to get into the karts
The team member must ensure the driver has all the correct race wear on shoes fastened and helmet securely fastened.
The instruction for the team member to start the engine will be given.
The karts will pull away behind a pace kart in grid order
The pace kart will peel off into the pit lane and the karts can get into grid formation (no overtaking).
The race will be started by the waving of the CCRI flag.
You may not overtake until you have passed the start finish line or may receive a penalty.
If there is a red flag you will follow the red flag procedure and go to the pit lane.
Practice sessions: -
Karts will be allocated at sigb on. You may start making your kart up once assigned.
There will be the option of a separate practice sessions. This is to be booked separately and is not part of event sessions.
You will be using your allocated kart and will be permitted to take to the maintenance bay to resolve any issues. You must be clear on the issue.
The tyres that you have at the start of practice sessions will not be changed until the maintenance stop during the 24 hours.
Any damaged caused to the kart may affect your starting position on the Wednesday.
There will be the allocated practice session on the Tuesday before qualifying.
All drivers must complete 5 laps in one of these sessions to qualify.
Should you have a driver not qualify you need to speak with the organisers as to the reasons and a review may be granted (it is not a guarantee they will be cleared to drive)
Qualifying: -
There will be a 20 min qualifying session
You may change the driver if you choose
The fastest lap will determine your grid position.
If a driver has failed to complete 5 laps in practice at the race directors discretion they may take their laps here. You must put your appeal in to the race director.
Any penalties incurred during practice and qualifying will be given in the form of grid place penalties at the start of the race.
Racing Rules
Drivers need to be 16 + to enter (exceptions may be made based on experience)
This is a 6-hour race where the team that completes the most laps or crosses the finish line first at the end of this time will be the winner.
Trophies will be awarded to the team not individual.
BMF FIA event.
1.1. All drivers must have the appropriate racing license to enter this event. Failure to have the correct license will result in removal from the event.
1.2. All drivers are required to wear full race gear (race suit, shoes, gloves and helmet & neck brace).
1.2.1. Long hair needs to be tied back and tucked down the back of race suit or tied up inside helmet.
1.2.2. Loose clothing (scarf, hoodie) is not permitted and must be removed.
1.3. The use of radio equipment is permitted at the owners own risk.
1.4. The use of camera (GoPro) is permitted but may not be placed on any part of the drivers helmet.
1.4.1. The team captain must ensure each driver of the team is correctly dressed before entering the kart.
1.4.2. The team captain must ensure that drivers are hydrated and stint times are managed. Cole Clarke Racing and Bushy Park will not be liable for dehydrated drivers and or any injuries incurred as a result of dehydration.
1.5. Drivers who are determined to be insufficient pace for the event may be disqualified and removed from the event for the safety of all competitors.
1.6. There is to be no weight limit for either class (this may change in the future).
1.7. Alfarno and other timing systems my be used.
1.7.1. Any timing systems must be attached and approved by the maintenance bay.
1.8. Smoking in the pit lane and garages is forbidden.
1.8.1. Smoking is permitted in the designated areas of the paddock.
The Championship.
2.1. Teams in the C.C.R.I Endurance Championship will be awarded double points.
2.2. Points will be awarded to your finish position after external entries have been removed from the standings.
2.3. Extrenal teams will be racing for the 24-hour race only.

Sign on and briefings.
3.1. All drivers are required to sign on at the start of the day.
3.2. Any participant under the age of 16 must have a parent or guardian sign a waver to allow the driver to participate in the event
3.3. All drivers must attend the drivers briefing.
3.4. All team members must attend the pit lane briefing.
Practice
4.1. All drivers must complete 5 flying laps to qualify for the race in one of the practice sessions.
4.1.1. There will be extra practice sessions the day before qualifying and race start. You may complete your five qualifying laps in these sessions.
4.1.2 If any member of the drivers have failed to complete five laps please report to the race director.
4.2. You may bring your kart into the maintenance bay in any of the practice sessons.
4.3. You may refuel during practice
4.4. You may incur penalties during practice.
4.4.1. Any penalties incurred during practice shall be served during the race at the race directors’ discretion.
4.5 The fuel bay will close 5 mins before the end of practice
4.5.1 You may be re-fuelled if you are in the queue at the point of fuel bay closing,
4.5.2 You will not be re-fuelled if not in the queue at the point of fuel bay closure.
Fuel Bay
5.1. The fuel bay will open 10 minutes after session start.
5.1.1. The fuel bay will close 10 minutes before session finish.
5.1.2. The fuel bay will close 5 minutes before the end of session
5.2. The karts will be fully fuelled at the start of the day.
5.2.1. The kart will not be fuelled once practice starts.
5.2.2. It is the teams strategy to manage the fuel for the sessions.
5.3. Do not remove or replace the fuel cap.
5.4. Before re-fuelling can be started the driver must exit the kart.
5.4.1. The driver must stand in the designated area while re-fuelling is completed.
5.5. The fuel bay team will restart the kart after filling with fuel.
5.5.1. Only the fuel bay team may put fuel in the kart.
5.5.1. Once the kart has been given back to the driver they may re-join the track.
5.6. Any abuse the fuel bay may refuse to fuel your kart.
5.6.1. If you are refused fuel you may complete the out lap and return to the fuel bay.
5.7. The fuel bay will be closed during a red flag procedure
5.7.1 If you are being re-fuelled during a red flag (fuel flowing), the fuel bay will complete the fuel process.
Qualifying
6.1. You may select any driver to qualify for your grid position.
6.2. You may change drivers during the qualifying session.
6.3. You may refuel in qualifying.
6.4. Any penalties will be served during the race at the race directors digression.
6.5. Failure to qualify will result in starting at the back of the grid.
6.5.1. Failure to qualify report to to the race director.
6.6. After qualifying you will be line go to the pit lane.
6.6.1. Turn off the engine and exit the kart.
6.6.2. The karts will be placed in grid order for the start of the main event on the starting grid.
6.7 The fuel bay will be open during qualifying
6.7.1 You may re-fuel during practice and qualifying.
6.8 The fuel bay will open 10 minutes after the main event start.
6.8.1 The fuel bay will close 10 minutes before the main event finish.
Race start
7.1. The race will begin with a rolling start from the pit lane, behind a safety kart.
7.1.2. All karts will follow the pace kart and stay in minimum of half a kart length of the next kart in grid position.
7.1.3. All karts must stay in a maximum of 2 kart lengths of the next kart in grid position.
7.1.3. You may not overtake until you have passed the start/finish line.
7.2. Should you spin off you must start from the back of the grid.
7.3. Should you require maintenance you may complete the pace lap and enter the pit lane immediately.
7.4. For muti class events there will be a gap between the classes and the start of the event for the next class.
7.5. There will be no minimum amout of pit stops.
7.5.1. Refuelling will count as a pit stop
7.5.1. You may change driver and refuel in the same stop. This will classified as 1 pit stop.
7.5. If you are required to leave your kart on the side of the track, the engine must be turned off.
7.5.1. Report to maintenance on returning to the pit lane.
7.6. You may attempt to restart your engine should you stall.
7.6.1. Ensure that you keep the kart between yourself and any on coming traffic.
Driver Changes
8.1. There in no minimum amount of pits stops.
8.1.1. A driver change will qualify as 1 pit stop.
8.1.2. A driver change with a fuel stop in the same pit entrance will qualify as 1 stop.
8.2. All driver changes must be completed in in front of the garages.
8.3. A driver change must be made before re-fuelling.
8.4. All drivers must have race suit, gloves, shoes on before entering the kart.
8.4.1. All helmets must be securely fastened before entering the kart.
Refuelling
9.1. The fuel bay will open 10 minutes after the main event start.
9.1.1. The fuel bay will close 10 minutes before the main event finish.
9.1.2. The fuel bay will open during practice sessions.
9.2. The karts will be fully fuelled at the start of the day.
9.2.1. It is the teams strategy to manage the fuel for the remainder of the session.
9.3. Do not remove or replace the fuel cap.
9.4. Before re-fuelling the driver must exit the kart.
9.4.1. The driver must stand in the designated area while re-fuelling is completed.
9.5. The fuel bay team will restart the kart and return it to the driver to re-join the event.
9.6. Karts will be refuelled in the order they arrive at the fuel bay.
Pit lane
10.1. The pit lane speed is a quarter throttle, excessive speed will be penalised.
10.1.1. Restricted speed between the gates at either end of the pit lane on entry and exit.
10.1.2. When leaving the track to enter the pit lane, raise one hand in the air to indicate the traffic behind that you are entering the pit lane.
10.2. The right lane for drive through penalties.
10.2.1. The middle lane for pit lane.
10.2.2. The left lane for driver changes and fuel bay entry.
10.3. Team members may cross the pit lane to access the pit wall at their own risk.
10.3.1. Live pit lanes are dangerous, Teams and drivers need to be vigilant at all times.
10.4. Each team will have their own area in the pit garage areas on a first come first serve basis.
10.4.1. Pit bays will be shared between teams.
10.5. Any blocking of another team in the pit lane may face a penalty.
10.5.1. All teams leave enough space for a kart to enter and exit the pit lane.
10.5.2. All teams must leave enough space for anther team to complete a driver change and re-join the event without avoidable delay.

Overtaking
11.1. Weaving is prohibited when overtaking.
11.2. Lapped or lower class karts need to hold the racing line when being overtaken.
11.2.1. You may point to indicate to a faster driver which side you are making available for overtaking.
11.2.2. Do not extend arm out of the kart when indicating.
11.3. ABC (advantage by contact), gaining a position by contact is forbidden.
11.3.1. To avoid a penalty you need to give the place back by the end of the lap.
11.3.2. Failure to give the place back will result in a penalty.
Driving Standards
12.1. All drivers are required to drive in a fair and sporting manner.
12.1. Any hand signals need to have no other connotations to avoid a penalty.
12.2. Any drivers considered a risk to themselves or other drivers may be removed from the event.
12.3. Any team that is determined to be in the wrong class (too fast or too slow) may be moved up or down in class to suit abilities.
12.4. Any driver that acts inappropriately will be penalised, including:
12.4.1. Spinning under yellow or red flag conditions.
12.4.2. Contact under yellow or red flag conditions.
12.4.3. Speeding under yellow or red flag conditions.
12.5. This is a non-contact event and inappropriate or avoidable contact will be penalised.
12.6. If you spin or come off the track you may re-join the event when it is safe to do so.
12.6.1. When re-joining the event it an offence to re-enter the track causing evasive action or an avoidable incident.
12.6.2. Ensure there is a safe gap in the traffic to allow you to get to speed and re-join the event.
12.6.3. Repetitive spinning is considered dangerous driving and may be called to the race director for driving standards.
12.7. Any abuse to marshals and/or officals will not be tolerated and will be penalised.
12.7.1. Follow the all instructions by marshals and officials.
12.8. During the whole event weaving is classed as blocking and may be penalised.
12.8.1. You may move once to defend.
12.9. If you have a mechanical failure on track and are required to leave the the kart:
12.9.1. Keep the kart between yourself and the oncoming traffic.
12.9.2. Ensure the engine is turned off.
12.10. If you attempt to restart the kart;
12.10.1. Push the kart to a safe area, keeping the kart between you and the oncoming traffic.
12.10.2. If you are unable to continue raise your hand to notify a marshal that you require assistance.
12.11. Should you go into the gravel you are to drive at quarter throttle and go straight to maintenance bay for the gravel clearing.
12.11.1. Gravel may get in the chain and movable areas of the kart causing avoidable damage to the kart.
Mechanical Failure
Occasionally kart components do fail despite the highest standards of kart preparation and unfortunately mechanical failures may still occur.
13.1. Any mechanical failure needs to go to the maintenance bay.
13.1.2. Teams and drivers are not permitted to make any changes to the kart.
13.1.3. Teams may not alter the tyre pressures. All tyres are set the same.
13.2. All karts will be worked on as first come first served basis.
13.2. The maintenance team will do all they can do fix the kart in a reasonable time.
13.2.1. A new kart is a last resort.
13.3. Give clear information as to the problem.
13.3.1. Stand in the waiting area to allow the team to work on the kart.
13.4. Any abuse to the maintenance bay crew may result in them moving to the next kart before working on your kart.
13.4.1. if there is no kart waiting the crew may wait 5 minutes before working on your kart.
13.5. If the failure is on track the kart will be recovered back to the pit lane.
13.6. The maintenance crew may wish to test the kart before returning the kart to the team.
13.7. Should the failure occur during qualifying, the main event may start before your kart has been repaired.
Live Snatching
Live snatching is when a kart is being recovered without stopping the event.
14.1. A full course yellow flag procedure will be enforced.
14.1.1. Drivers are to drive at half racing speed.
14.1.2. Drivers may bunch up for the restart, behind the lead kart.
14.2. A white flag will be waved to indicate the sector that the recovery vehicle is in.
14.2.1. Double waved yellow flags will be waved at the incident.
14.3. The driver is to remain with the kart while awaiting recovery.
14.3.1. The driver is to remain in a safe area away from the track keeping the kart between them and the oncoming traffic.
14.4. The driver may be required to sit in the kart on the back of the recovery vehicle and hold the break.
Flags
Please follow link for a flag training video. It is the responsibility of all drivers and team members to learn and understand the flags. We will not accept excuses that you did not understand or did not realise there was a video.
Red flag
16.1. Slow down to 50% throttle.
16.2. No overtaking.
16.2.1. No weaving.
!6.3. Exit the track as soon as you come to the pit entrance.
16.4. Drive through the pit lane in the right hand lane.
16.4.1. You are not permitted to go to your pit.
16.4.2. No driver changes permitted.
16.4.3. If you enter the pits for a driver before the red flag is displayed you may complete your driver change.
16.4.4. Once driver change completed join the back of the queue in the holding lane.
16.4.5. You may join the fuel bay queue if fuel was part of your driver change.
16.5. Go through the pit lane and stop on the pit exit road in the order you entered the pit lane.
16.5.1. One member of the team may take water to the driver.
16.6. The fuel bay will be closed, unless fuel is flowing and will then be closed until the event has restarted.
16.7. The maintenance bay will remain open.
16.7.1. You will join the back of the red flag queue if still under red flag.
Restart procedure Red Flag
17.1. The event will restart behind a safety kart or under Full Course Yellow.
17.1.2. Follow safety car start procedure 7.1 to 7.1.3.
17.1.3. Follow Full Course Yellow procedure 17.2.
17.2. All karts will remain under Full Course Yellow flags once the the incident has been cleared.
17.2.1. The green flag will be waved at the start / finish line for the event to resume.
17.2.1. No overtaking until you have passed the green flag.
17.2.2. No more than half a kart length to the kart in front.
17.2.1. Maximum 2 kart lengths from the kart in front.
17.3. You may accelerate when you see the green flag in front of you.
17.3.1. No overtaking until you have passed the green flag.
Service Stop
18.1. All karts will be given a service stop.
18.1.1. Service stops will start between 23:30 and 00:00.
18.1.2. A screen shot of the running order will be taken around this time to determine the running order for your stop.
18.2. Drivers will be shown a board indicating to go to the maintanence bay for a service stop.
18.2.1. You are to go to the maintanence bay as soo as you are shown the board.
18.2.2. Failure to enter the pits will result in you being called again at the end the scheduled stops and face a penalty.
18.3. The maintenance bay will check Tyres, Oil, Chain, and any potential damage.
18.3.1. Front Tyres will be changed and any other parts that may need attention in this stop.
18.3.2. You may request the maintenance bay to look at another problem you are having dfuring this stop.
18.4. The driver must stand clear and not interfere with the maintenance bay while working on the kart.
18.5. One member of the team may join the driver and provide water.
18.6. The maintenance bay will work on karts in order of arrival.
18.6.1. You will be called in order when the bay is clear.
18.6.2. Should another kart on the bay they will have priority.
18.7. You May complete a driver change on a maintenance stop.
18.7.1 You may refuel on a mantenance stop.
18.8. Any penalties recieved will not be part of the maintenance stop.
Night Racing
19.1. All drivers are to have clear visors by (time to be determined).
19.1.1. Any driver found to have a tinted visor past the night recing cut off will be called in to change visors.
19.1.2. No driver change permitted in a penalty visor change.
19.2. Lights may be attached to the Nassau pannel.
19.2.1. Lights must be battery operated.
19.2.2. Lights must not clash with anyflag colours.
19.2.3. Lights must be stationary (no flashing lights).
19.3. Cole Clarke Racing and Bushy Park will not be liable for personal property.
Cameras and Communication Equipment
20.1. The use of radios is permitted.
20.2. The use of recording equipment (GoPro camera) is permitted.
20.2.1. GoPro cameras are not permitted on any part of the helmet.
20.2.2. Mobile phone are not permitted to be attached to the kart.
20.2.3. Mobile phones are not permitted to be attached to the driver in any way.
20.3. Any GoPro camera attachment must be attached by the maintenance bay.
20.3.1. Any none approved attachments will be removed.
20.4. Any personal equipment added to the kart or the driver is at the drivers own risk.

Sporting Conduct
21.1. Any abuse to officials, Marshals, Cole Clarke racing, Bushy Park will not be tolerated.
21.2. Any abuse may result in a penalty for being removed from the event.
21.3. The use of hand signals to communicate with the pit wall is permitted.
21.3.1. Ensure your signals do not have another meaning that can be misunderstood.

22.1. The Race Director may add any additional time penalties they deem necessary at their own discretion for repeated offences. This will be allocated to the kart not the individual driver.
22.2. Once the race director has declared a decision closed you may no longer appeal.
Entering the event
23.1. Motorsport is dangerous and you are entering this event of your own volition and do not hold Cole Clarke Racing Ltd or Bushy Park liable of any injuries or damages incurred by entering this event.
23.2. When you sign on at the start of the day you will be signing a declaration that you understand and agree to the rules and regulations.
23.2.1. When you sign on at the start of the day you are signing to say that you are fit and able to take part in the event.
23.2.2. When you sign on at the start of the day you are signing to say that you have read these regulations and you agree and understand the regulations.
23.2.3. When you sign on in the morning you are signing to say that you have watched the flag training videonand understand the flag meanings.
Unable To Qualify
In the event that qualifying should be cancelled due to weather or any other reason, qualifying shall move to the morning of the race and taken from the best times of the practice session.
In the event that qualifying should not be completed or able to run or the morning practice session, then the starting grid shall be determined by the fastest laps from the extra practice session(s). Should this be the case, any team that was unable to make the extra practice session will have their grid position determined by the order of sign on, to make up the rest of the grid. The fastest laps will make the front of the grid and the order of sign on grid position will be determined after the last completed time of the practice session.
